Womanizer launches global Gift-with-Purchase campaign with Lunette

The Womanizer is expanding its partnership with Finland’s Lunette and launching a new global campaign. Customers will receive a special gift with purchase, a Lunette menstrual cup. The cups are also available at retail partners of Womanizer.


Following the global Menstrubation Study and Womanizer’s dedication to become more sustainable, the premium intimate lifestyle brand is expanding on their collaboration with leading period product company Lunette.

Since International Women’s Day on March 8th, 2022, Womanizer offers a special gift with purchase to their customers – a Lunette menstrual cup, specifically created for this collaboration, in three complementing colors: blue, violet and clear. The cups will be available at global retail partners of Womanizer.

Womanizer’s collaboration with Lunette

In May 2020, Lunette and Womanizer jointly launched the Menstrubation Study – the first clinical study worldwide that examined whether regular masturbation can have a pain- relieving effect on periods. The results of the study confirm yes, it can and it has both a short- and long-term positive effect.

The two brands are dedicated to do their part in helping to close the so-called Gender Health Gap. The term describes a lack of research and knowledge in the field of female (sexual) health, well-being and pleasure due to centuries of neglect and focus on the male gender.

The publication of the study results caused global media attention and awareness at the beginning of 2021. Furthermore, the results are currently under review for publication in an academic journal.

Gift with Purchase campaign

Lunette was founded in 2005 by Heli Kurjanen and has been focusing on sustainable menstrual products from the very beginning. Today, the company is among the leading period product companies worldwide.
