Personal lubricant brand JO, a division of CC Wellness, announced it will celebrate its 20 year anniversary through a yearlong ‘Cheers to 20 Years’ integrated marketing campaign.
The brand’s upcoming major initiative will include a number of creative strategies and engaging tactics to raise awareness of the JO brand, including a limited-edition gift set, an international contest for retail stores, and consumer-facing social media promotions.
“2023 is the big 2-0 for JO,” said CC Wellness General Manager Brian Woolard. “The success we’ve seen is in large part thanks to the collaboration, support, and solidarity of everyone in the industry, and we look forward to celebrating together starting at ANME in January.”
JO has released a 20 Year Anniversary Gift Set, as the first step of its campaign. This celebratory kit includes two 60 ml bottles of its all-new limited-edition flavors – Champagne and Red Velvet Cake. Created using the brand’s most versatile water-based formula, these flavored lubes offer a silky-smooth glide that performs as well as they taste.

“JO has the best tasting lubes in the industry hands down,” said Mimi Anderson, Chief Marketing Officer. “The launch of our delicious Champagne and Red Velvet Cake gift set is the perfect way to kick off our yearlong celebration. We can’t wait to share more about how our industry friends and end consumers will be able to get in on the fun.”
Additional details on the ‘Cheers to 20 Years’ campaign will be announced in January.
