LoveDrop boss Eve Laurence, the respected creator and curator of sexual wellness subscription boxes for passionate couples, offers advice and wisdom for midlife and senior folks in the new April 2022 issue of Sexual Wellness Magazine.

“We are constantly bombarded with social constructs, buzzwords and images of what sexuality and beauty ‘should’ be as we age, which over time impacts our sexual selves to the point where we are reinforcing that negativity within ourselves through shame and negative self-talk,” she mused in the article.
“It’s a common misconception that as we get older – particularly with women, when we see that sagging skin, gray hair and lines forming where they didn’t exist before – that we ‘will’ or ‘should’ stop being sexual, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. Thinking so is harmful to mental health.”
Laurence is a firm believer that, no matter the age, “focusing on your sexual self-care and having a healthy sexual relationship with yourself gives you the confidence to take your sexuality in stride with your body as you age,” which is, in fact, what drives her motivation for her colorful collection of bi-monthly Date Night boxes filled with adult novelties & toys, games & activities, special gifts and product samples.
