Privacy Policy

§1 General principles
  1. This document sets out the ErotisNews Internet Service Privacy Policy, which in particular includes regulations concerning the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the Service by the User.
  2. The Privacy Policy is an integral appendix to the Terms of Service.
§2. Definitions

The terms used in this document have the following meanings:

  2. Website – the Internet website at www.erotisnews.com and all its sub-pages
  3. Parties – Administrator and User;
  4. User – a natural person, having full legal capacity, who uses the Service and provides his personal data within it.
§3. Personal data protection
  1. The Administrator is the Administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation on personal data protection of 27 April 2016. (GDPR).
  2. The Administrator processes data within the scope, time and purpose each time indicated in the content made available under the forms used to collect personal data from the User.
  3. Personal data will be transferred only to the Administrator’s trusted subcontractors, i.e. IT service providers, administration.
§4. User rights
  1. In case of change of personal data, the User should update it by sending an appropriate message to the Administrator.
  2. The User has the right to request access to the content of his personal data, their correction, deletion and the right to limit their processing. Moreover, he also has the right to withdraw his consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  4. The providing of personal data is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of data prevents the use of the Service.
  5. The Administrator may refuse to delete User’s personal data, if keeping the personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.
§5. Technical data protection
  1. The Administrator uses all technical and organizational means to ensure the security of the User’s personal data and protect it from accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access. The information is stored and processed on servers with a high level of security, with appropriate security measures, meeting the requirements of Polish law.
  2. The Administrator obliges to keep a backup copy containing the User’s personal data.
  3. The provided data is stored on top-class equipment and servers in appropriately secured information storage centers, which can only be accessed by authorized personnel.
  4. The Administrator conducts activities related to the processing of personal data with respect to all legal and technical requirements imposed on him by the provisions on personal data protection.
§6. Cookie policy
  1. For the convenience of Users, the Website uses cookies for the purpose of adjusting the Website to Users needs and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by the website, which is visited by an Internet user, to the Internet user’s device.
  2. The Website uses two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User’s device until the User logs out, leaves the website or turns off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User’s device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until the User removes them.
  3. In the Website we use the following types of Cookies:
    1. “essential” – enable the use of services available within the Website, e.g. used for user authorization;
    2. “security” – are used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the use of the Website;
    3. “efficient” – enable collection of information about the way of using the Service;
    4. “functional” – enable remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. in the scope of the selected language or region from which the User comes from, font size, appearance of the Service, etc;
    5. “Advertising” – enable to provide Users with advertising content more suited to their interests;
    6. “integrative” – are related to the services of third parties used in the Service, such as Google Analytics, Facebook.
  4. Third-party services, whose materials we present, may also use cookies, which allow you to log in, and serve to provide advertisements corresponding to your tastes and behavior.
  5. You can change your cookie settings in your web browser. If you do not change these settings, you accept the cookies used here.
§7. Logs
  1. According to the practice of most websites, we store HTTP queries directed to our server (server logs). Therefore, we store the logs:
    1. IP addresses from which users browse the content of our website;
    2. time of the inquiry,
    3. time of sending the response,
    4. client station name – identification implemented by the HTTP protocol,
    5. information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
    6. the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link);
    7. information about the User’s browser.
  2. The data collected in logs are used only for the purpose of administration of the Service.
  3. The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as an auxiliary material used to administer the Website. The information contained in them are not disclosed to anyone except for people authorized to administer the Website. Statistics constituting an assistance in administration can be generated on the basis of log files. Summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying features of users visiting the Website.
§8. Contact
  1. The user may contact the Administrator at any time to obtain information about whether and how the Administrator uses his personal data.
  2. The User may also ask the Administrator to delete his/her personal data in whole or in a specific part.
