Adult Time, earns a total of over 100 nominations for the 2022 XBIZ and AVN awards!

Launched in 2018, Adult Time has been recognized for its amazing productions and hard work over the past year and has received as many as 66 nominations for the 2022 AVN Awards and 36 nominations for the 2022 XBIZ Awards!

36 nominations for 2022 XBIZ Awards!

Adult Time’s mega-hit ‘Sweet Sweet Sally Mae‘ received the most, eight nominations: Feature Movie of the Year, All-Girl Movie of the Year, Best Acting – Lead (Ana Foxxx), Best Sex Scene – All Girl (Ana Foxxx & Scarlit Scandal), Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Editing and Best Art Direction. Ricky Greenwood, the film’s director, also received nominations for his work.

Casey: A True Story‘, Casey Kisses’ autobiographical ‘coming of identity’ story, brought in seven nominations, including Feature Movie of the Year, Best Acting – Lead (Dante Colle), Best Acting – Supporting (Kisses), Best Sex Scene – Feature Movie (Kira Noir & Charles Dera), Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography and Best Editing. Joanna Angel, the film’s director, also received a nod as Director of the Year.

Pure Taboo dystopian drama ‘Future Darkly: Pandemic‘ earned four nominations: Best Sex Scene – Feature Movie (Scarlit Scandal & Jake Adams), Best Cinematography, Best Editing and Best Art Direction.

Adult Time was also given a nod for Studio of the Year and Paysite of the Year, and the company’s Chief Creative Officer Bree Mills was nommed for three: Director of the Year, Director of the Year – Gay and Director of the Year – Trans – the first time in XBIZ history for a nominee to do so.

The 2022 XBIZ Awards will be held on January 9, 2022 at the Hollywood Palladium. 66 nominations for the 2022 AVN Awards!

When it comes to AVN award nominations, the film that received the most recognition was ‘Casey: A True Story‘ with 15 nods, including Grand Reel, Best Thespian – Trans/X (Casey Kisses), Best Leading Actor (Dante Colle), Best Supporting Actor (Charles Dera & Tommy Pistol), Best Supporting Actress (Kira Noir), Best Screenplay, Best Trans Group Sex Scene, Best Art Direction, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Makeup, Best Non-Sex Performance (Derrick Pierce), Best Soundtrack and Best Directing – Narrative Production (Joanna Angel).

Ricky Greenwood’s all-girl opus ‘Sweet Sweet Sally Mae‘ garnered eight nominations: Best Leading Actress (Ana Foxxx), Best Supporting Actress (Misty Stone), Best Lesbian Movie or Limited Series, Best Art Direction, Best Editing, Best Makeup, Best Non-Sex Performance (Isiah Maxwell) and Best Soundtrack.

Two Pure Taboo dramas picked up four noms each as well:

  • The Widow‘ for Best Featurette, Best Thespian – Trans/X (Aubrey Kate), Best Actor – Featurette (Pierce Paris) and Best Screenplay (Joanna Angel).
  • Future Darkly: Pandemic‘ for Best Anthology Movie or Limited Series, Best Directing – Narrative Production, Best Screenplay and Best Soundtrack.

Burning Angel’s ‘Succubus‘ also made the grade with four nominations: Best Trans Group Sex Scene, Best Trans One-on-One Sex Scene, Best Leading Actor (Small Hands) and Best Leading Actress (Jane Wilde).

Adult Time studio Devil’s Film brought in nine nominations: three for Best Trans Group Sex Scene for It’s a Trans Sandwich (And I’m the Meat!) – which also was nominated for Clever Title of the Year – Take a Ride on the Trans Train 2 – Scene 1 & Scene 3), Best Trans Movie or Limited Series and Best Trans One-on-One Sex Scene for His First Trans Encounter 2, Best Curve Appeal Movie or Limited Series (She’s More Stacked Than Her Mom!), Best MILF/Mixed-Age Fantasy Series or Channel for Mommy’s Boy and Best Taboo Relations Movie or Limited Series for Tricking My Sis.

Trans lesbian porn studio Transfixed brought in five nominations, three of which were in the category of Best Thespian – Trans/X: Gracie Jane for Back Where it All Started, Natalie Mars for Fairest of Them All and Emma Rose for Old Fashioned Attitude, as well as Best Featurette and Best Trans Group Sex Scene for Fairest of Them All.

Probably everyone will acknowledge that this is a really impressive list of nominations and an incredible token of appreciation for Adult Time from AVN.
