Tuesday, November 1st is World Vegan Day, and health-conscious adult film star Theodora Day will host a special livestream event on TikTok to share stories and do some cooking.
Veganism means different things to different people, but in a certain degree everyone agrees, that Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude all forms of exploitation and cruelty to animals for any purpose, food, clothing or any other. In strictly nutritional terms, it means the practice of giving up all products derived wholly or partly from animals.
“Health is vital to success, and being vegan has allowed me to experience the feeling of being truly ‘healthy,’ Day said. “Speaking for myself and my body, it’s been the best and most positive experience in the world, and it’s something I would love to share with others.”
“I have been vegetarian since age 13, and started the vegan path about five years ago,” Day revealed. “Being vegan has inspired me to one day grow all my own produce in a greenhouse. I am vegan because feeling all around good everyday instead of every once in a while is better than anything!”
Day’s World Vegan Day TikTok livestream begins at noon PT / 21:00 CEST on November 1st at @theodoraday on TikTok.
