AltPorn.Net has announced that the AltPorn Awards will return as a live event in Hollywood, at Bar Sinister, on June 11, 2022. While the virtual editions of the awards have been a huge success, AltPorn.Net is excited to return to a live event.
AltPorn Emperor Cutter Smith says, “Returning to being able to have a physical red carpet and being able to interact in person is such a pleasure. Authenticity is really important to us and this beautiful venue really fits our mission of supporting independent and alternative creativity, including gothic, fetish, burlesque, tattoo and everything which makes up the amorphous blob of a genre known as altporn, indie content, and subculture erotica.”
Nightlife impressario Tricia La Belle welcomes the show back to her venue, saying, “Out of our seclusion and privileged with life again! We’ve come to truly learn how much we need social interaction and to appreciate life a wee bit more! Bar Sinister has always been a haven for the uniquely creative and open minded soul.”
