Gamma and Evil Angel issue statements on Jay Sin content removal

Gamma Entertainment and Evil Angel, which have distributed director Jay Sin‘s productions for years, announced that they will remove all of his material from their platforms and distribution networks effective immediately.

Below are official statements from both companies:

Gamma Entertainment

After having been informed that producer ‘Jay Sin’ was convicted and imprisoned for “Access with Intent to View Child Pornography, in violation of Title 18 of the United States Code – Section 2252(a)(4)(B)”, the management at Gamma Entertainment has unanimously decided to remove all Jay Sin’s content from their platforms.

Gamma insists that Jay Sin’s actions were committed outside of the professional activities related to Gamma Entertainment, and his actions were unrelated to any content distributed by Gamma.

Evil Angel

Recently Jay Sin was convicted and imprisoned for “Access with Intent to View Child Pornography, in violation of Title 18 of the United States Code – Section 2252 (a) (4) (B).”

Evil Angel has decided to remove all Jay Sin’s content from our online distribution. A conviction of a sexually related crime is against the ethics of Evil Angel. I was informed of his indictment, conviction, and incarceration over the weekend and that was confirmed to me yesterday.

Jay Sin’s conviction is not related to any content distributed by Evil Angel. None of it was involved with, or contains, any criminal activity.

The details on how to handle content from Jay Sin that has been marketed by Evil Angel customers, either through the Internet or by DVD, can be worked out by calling Alexandra Kelley in the Evil Angel offices alex@evilangel.com or by emailing me directly at john@evilangel.com.
